myFace is dedicated to transforming the lives of patients with facial differences by providing funding for medical, dental, speech and psychosocial services, as well as research and public awareness. Having a craniofacial difference can impede the basic functions which a child needs to survive and grow. Patients not only have to deal with the physical effects of their condition, but the challenging emotional impact as well. myFace offers psychological, entitlement, resource counseling, referrals to local professionals, as well as networking events and family programs that inform, guide and empower families and patients. myFace serves patients and families from a variety of financial, religious, cultural and ethnic backgrounds. More than 70% of myFace’s patients are low-income, and it is myFace’s mission to support the medical and emotional healing of every patient that seeks treatment, regardless of financial situation.
