The Viscardi Center is dedicated to eliminating barriers for people with disabilities of all ages in the classroom, at work, and in our communities.
The Warner Fund supports The Inclusive Higher Education (IHE) program which offers students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) a fully immersive college experience at Nassau Community College. Students attend classes on campus five days a week, where they audit self-selected courses alongside NCC peers and participate in small-group classes focused on vocational training and independent living skills.
